Las Vegas is notorious for doing everything over the top from gambling to eating and entertainment. Having evolved from its early days as a mob run gambling juncture to a full fledged entertainment destination, Sin City is the only place in the world fit for both the rich and famous and families alike. There are so many ways to spend your money and indulge, but where does one start when they want to have a balling weekend on the strip? Don’t you worry I am going to tell you. Let’s start off our balling guide to Vegas with some suggestions for everyones favorite Vegas pastime, gambling.

Gambling: For table games, poker and everything under the sun gambling related, the true high stakes player heads to the Bellagio Casino for 24/7 action and stakes up to $375,000/Hand, yes $375,000 a hand. All this high stakes action takes place in the coveted high rollers room in the Bellagio where comps and women run just as wild as the monsterous bets hitting the tables. Expect anything your heart desires by playing in this room from free suites to cars, meals and more. If you prefer poker, head to Bobby’s Room in the Bellagio Poker Room where famous pros such as Doyle Brunson and Gus Hansen battle it out for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Any way you slice it, the Bellagio is the best spot to gamble like a baller while you are in Vegas.

Accommodations: Las Vegas has some of the nicest and most expensive hotel suites in the entire world. With so many options, it’s hard to find the right one for the perfect balling time so we have assembled a list of some of our favourite places to stay while in Vegas:

For luxury and gambling in one, check out the Villa One suite at the Bellagio. At a respectable $6,000/Night the suite boasts 2 bedrooms, private entrance tunnel, gym, sauna, steam bath and a private third floor garden.

If your budget is a little bit more balling, then we definetely recommend the Verona Suite at the Las Vegas Hilton. This suite is 15,000 sq.ft. and has a total of 25 television, 6 fireplaces as well as his/her jacuzzis. Available to the public for $17,500/Night, this room is a bargain for the serious baller.

Eating: Top dining recommendations for 2007 have come in and it is no surprise that two of the top 4 are located within the Bellagio (Le Cirque & Picasso). Other culinary hot spots to eat at include Alex at the Wynn and Joel Robuchon at the MGM Grand. Be prepared to drop a few hundred bucks for dinner at any of these places excluding wine. With wine, it’s anyones game, the Bellagio for example has wines in the $20-$40,000 range. It’s up to you.

Entertainment: For family balling entertainment, grab tickets to Cirque Du Soleil or The Producers. For sports, boxing is always a Las Vegas favourite, try to score your tickets free by playing min. $10,000/Hand at the blackjack tables. Lastly for a more adult expereience the Spearmint Rhino is the place to be. Known as one the best strip clubs in the world and frequented by celebrities, the Rhino is definetely a place for a baller to let loose. Expect to drop close to $50,000 in a night if you want to have a “great” time. For the club scene, check out Light at Bellagio or Body English at the Hard Rock Hotel.

So there you have it, an insider look at how to have a balling weekend in Las Vegas alone, with family or friends. We hope you enjoyed our mini-guide and wish you happy balling on all your Vegas weekends. Please remember to Ball Responsibily.
