Once again the always insane poker pros jumped into the $300-$600 Heads-Up No-Limit game on Full Tilt last night.  This time, the rival featured poker sensation Phil Ivey and know and respected online pro, Sbrugby a.k.a Brian Townsend.  As always the match was filled with lots of crazy plays and coin flips for thousands, but one hand in particular really stood out as the pot reached the $250,000 area on a turn all-in call by Ivey, here is what went down:

Hole Cards:

Phil Ivey:
Sbrugby:

Pre-Flop Action:

Blinds, $300-$600

Ivey Raises To $1,800

Sbrugby Raises To $6,400

Ivey Calls $4,600

The Flop:

Sbrugby Bets $9,200

Phil Ivey Raises To $31,200

Sbrugby Calls $22,000

The Turn:

Sbrugby Checks

Phil Ivey Bets $60,600

Sbrugby Is All-In For $94, 686

Phil Ivey Calls

The River:

Phil Ivey Wins With Higher Two Pair, Jacks & Tens

This hand was really crazy and I am sure that Sbrugby probably was cursing and going crazy after the hand.  Although this was a bad beat one has to wonder what Townsend was doing in the hand in the first place with such a horrible hand, maybe he thought Ivey was bluffing.

The match between these two last for a few hours ending with Phil Ivey up around $486,000, not bad for a few hours work.  Here is a screenshot of the stack from the table:

If you want to watch these pros or even play with them you can do so at Full Tilt which also offers a genrous $600 Bonus for new players.
