A Federal District Court situated in Ohio (US) has set a trial date for a copyright infringement case relating to the US Playing Card Company and an inventor located in Florida named Michael Faessler. After all the trouble with Bodog losing its online domain name, the company has decided to re-brand to BodogLife. The company lost the ability to keep the Bodog domain name due to a legal dispute, which resulted in Bodog having to host its site on the temporary domain NewBodog.com. Over the last few weeks, numerous threads on different forums like 2+2 have been popping up about dangers with the Absolute Poker software. There have been claims that a few select players have been able to view their opponent’s hole cards, and thus make extremely difficult calls with rag hands for vast amounts of money. The new PokerStars Sunday million winner was crowned last night, with Dynamite321 taking down a mammoth $163,795.94 for his efforts. The total number entrants was far lower than normal once again, with a little over 6000 players taking their seats at the tables last night.
