It was announced today by Virgin that they are going to release a free online gaming application of Texas Hold’em poker to be played on Facebook, in partnership with Playzu. The official schedule for the 39th WSOP that will take place in 2008 has been released by Harrah’s Entertainment. The event will once again take place in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, USA. The 2008 WSOP will run from May 30 – July 16, 2008, and as in the previous year, will offer a total of 55 different events for players to participate in.
